Tinosorb M is a broad-spectrum sunscreen ingredient that provides UV protection by absorbing UV rays with a photo-stable organic molecule, and scattering and reflecting light with its microfine structure. It's highly efficient at low concentrations and can be formulated to improve water resistance. 

Skin protection

Tinosorb M can help protect against pigmentation, scarring, and wrinkling, and prevent cracked or patchy skin. It's also designed to condition and nourish the skin. 

Safety

Tinosorb M is unlikely to cause skin irritation or allergies, and doesn't affect hormonal balance. Recent research also suggests that it's not toxic and doesn't affect cell DNA. 

To use Tinosorb M as a sunscreen, you can apply it to your face, neck, and other exposed areas of skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 3–4 hours.
